Greetings My Name Is Lesallan

My name is Lesallan, and I am pursuing my second degree at Ohio Christian University. At sixty-two years old, I am deeply immersed in my academic journey, driven by a passion for learning and personal growth. I reside in Aurora, a charming city nestled in the southwest corner of Missouri. I have grown accustomed to the warm, welcoming culture of the Bible Belt, where community values run deep.

Throughout my life, I have chosen to remain unmarried, allowing me to focus wholly on my studies and personal interests. I often describe myself as a loner (a recluse); however, this solitude has enabled me to concentrate my efforts and delve deeply into my subjects. I relish the chance to expand my knowledge and challenge myself intellectually, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as I continue this educational path.

I have a heartfelt aspiration to be a Christian content creator, dedicating my time and talents to inspiring others through my reflections and devotions. I actively share my journey of faith on platforms like YouTube, where I connect with a growing community, and my blog, “The Christian Thing” which serves as a space for deeper exploration of spiritual themes (Bostron, 2021).

My work centers around my passion for fostering faith, encouraging spiritual growth, and sharing Biblical teachings that resonate with everyday life. I aim to create authentic and relatable content that not only uplifts but also challenges my audience to delve deeper into their own spiritual journeys. Through engaging videos and thought-provoking blog posts, I hope to spark meaningful conversations about faith and its application in our lives today. My goal is to be a source of encouragement and inspiration, helping others to navigate their relationship with God and understand the transformative power of His Word.

This is how I embrace my journey of faith and knowledge. This is my path to purpose and inspiration. Life isn’t always a smooth journey. We encounter obstacles, setbacks, and roadblocks. In these moments, it’s easy to lose sight of our purpose and feel discouraged.

The Lord has declared “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV).
