Each morning before the sun crests the horizon, I dedicate fifteen minutes to sit in stillness with God. I light a single candle, open my journal, and settle into a posture of expectancy. In that quiet space, I bring my anxieties—about work deadlines, family health, and unanswered questions—and lay them gently at His feet. I meditate on one name for God, often “Comforter,” and let that truth wash over my heart. These moments ground me, reminding me that my worth is not defined by productivity but by His unwavering love.
God’s Faithful Provision
Over the past year, God’s presence has shone brightest in seasons of transition. When I faced a career crossroads, expecting doors to slam shut, I instead encountered unexpected opportunities. A chance conversation with a former colleague led to a writing assignment that reignited my passion and sustained my family’s needs.
