All My Hope is in Jesus – A Prayer – Lesallan

By Lesallan

Prayer of Hope in Jesus

 Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heart full of gratitude and praise. Thank You for the hope You have given me through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amid life’s challenges and uncertainties, I place all my trust in You. I acknowledge that my strength, my redemption, and my future are secure because of Your unending love and grace.

Lord, I surrender my worries, fears, and burdens into Your capable hands. I ask for Your guidance and wisdom as I navigate through each day. Fill me with Your peace and assurance, knowing that no matter what I face, You are with me, and Your plans for me are good.

Help me to remain steadfast in my faith, to live with a spirit of humility, and to shine Your light in the world. May my life be a testament to the hope and joy found in Jesus, and may I always seek to share that hope with others.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Amen.

He draws on historical examples, contemporary missiological scholarship, and lived practice to advocate for pre‑departure listening, capacity transfer, and reparative accountability. His devotional writing and teaching aim to bridge academic insight and spiritual formation, helping churches and practitioners translate theology into ethical, effective ministry. Available for speaking, teaching, and collaborative projects, Lesallan seeks partnerships that honor local agency and cultivate sustainable discipleship. He lives in Wisconsin and welcomes conversation with pastors, mission leaders, and educators who are committed to faithful, contextually wise engagement.
