Introduction to Lesallan Bostron

My name is Lesallan Bostron, and I am in the final stages of my studies at Ohio Christian University, where I am working toward a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership. Over the course of my academic journey, I have built a strong foundation in biblical studies, leadership principles, and spiritual formation. The university’s focus on combining faith with practical skills has helped me grow in both understanding and ability, preparing me to serve effectively in ministry settings (Ohio Christian University, 2025). As I am near graduation, I am excited to put these skills into practice in local churches and faith-based organizations.

In addition to my academic work, I lead an online ministry through my website, www.thechristianthing.com, where I share devotional reflections, biblical insights, and practical encouragement for everyday Christian living (Lesallan, 2025). The site serves as a platform for teaching, writing, and connecting with a broad audience seeking spiritual growth. Through blog posts, visual content, and creative series, I aim to make theological concepts accessible and inspiring for believers at all stages of their journey. This online space allows me to model faith in action and fosters meaningful engagement beyond traditional church settings.

Outside of school and ministry, I enjoy hobbies that keep me refreshed and inspired. I play guitar and explore different styles of music, which helps me stay creative. I also enjoy reading—especially historical fiction and theology—relaxing and watching TV. I also enjoy creating digital media content (pictures and videos). These activities give me balance and often spark new ideas that I bring into my writing and online leadership.

As I prepare to graduate, I have two main goals. First, I want to help equip church leaders with resources that combine deep theology and creative communication. Second, I want to live out holistic stewardship—spiritually, relationally, and financially—as a way of showing God’s faithfulness. I look forward to finishing my final courses, learning alongside my professors and classmates, and continuing to grow as a Christian leader.
