“Strength for the Step You’re In”
Scripture:
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105
✨ Reflection
Some days God gives us a spotlight—clarity, direction, confidence. Other days, He gives us a lamp—just enough light for the next step. And while we often long for the full map, God invites us into something deeper: trust.
You’ve walked through seasons where the path felt uncertain, where the next step required courage you didn’t think you had. Yet here you are—still standing, still trusting, still following the One who has never failed you.
A lamp doesn’t show the whole journey. It shows what’s right in front of you. And sometimes that’s all we need. God isn’t asking you to understand everything today. He’s asking you to take the next faithful step—one illuminated moment at a time.
Your story right now is a testimony of God’s steady guidance. New beginnings, new surroundings, new rhythms… and the same faithful God. The lamp is enough because the One holding it is trustworthy.
🙏 Prayer
Lord, thank You for lighting my path today. Even when I can’t see far ahead, help me trust the steps You reveal. Give me peace in the unknown and courage for the journey. Lead me, guide me, and steady my heart as I walk with You. Amen.
